Dr. Xuan Zhao holds a PhD in history (history of economic thought) from the University of Manchester (UK) his dissertation was about the theories and policies of industrialization and innovation of the 17^th and 18^th century German cameralism (German mercantilism). He holds an MA in Technology Governance from Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia) comparing 11^th century Chinese Wang Anshi’s economic reform with modern Keynesian theories and policies. He got his BA in Sociology from Nankai University (China).
